The talented teen-aged cast for the Jack-in-the-Box Players’ upcoming production of “Exhibit This! The Museum Comedies” is now in rehearsal for Luigi Jannuzzi’s award winning collection of fast-paced comedic plays and monologues in which works of art in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City come to life.
Cast members include Brionna Childs, Grace Hagberg, Gabrielle Hahn, Tyler Haslett, Lauren Insinger, Sarah Myers, Haley Tuller and Connor Rosborough. Director Ellen Paquette and Production Manager Carolyn Yurick are also working with these gifted young performers to create original performance pieces inspired by the visual arts.
All audience members will be seated on the stage of the Struthers Library Theatre, cabaret style, for a unique and up close experience of this lively show in which paintings, sculptures and antiquities emerge from their molds and frames and speak directly to the audience. With artists, romantics and curators thrown in the mix, “Exhibit This!” will have show goers looking at art in a whole new way.
“Exhibit This! The Museum Comedies” is presented by Warren Players’ Jack-in-the-Box Players youth theater and runs March 6, 7, 8 at 7:00 PM and March 9 at 2:00 PM at the historic Struthers Library Theatre. The production is produced by special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc.

With artists, museum guards, critics, romantics and curators thrown in the mix, EXHIBIT THIS! The Museum Comedies will have show goers looking at art in a whole new way.
In addition, original performance pieces inspired by the visual arts and created by the Jack-in-the-Box actors will be showcased.
