When teen idol Conrad Birdie is called to join the Army, his manager dreams up one last publicity stunt: a nationally televised farewell kiss for one lucky fan. Enter Kim MacAfee, an ordinary teenager from the small town of Sweet Apple, Ohio, whose life is turned upside down overnight. As reporters, screaming fans, overprotective parents, jealous boyfriends, and plenty of chaos descend on the town, nothing goes according to plan.

Packed with catchy songs, laugh-out-loud comedy, energetic dance numbers, and plenty of 1950s charm, Bye Bye Birdie is a feel-good musical that’s fun for the whole family. Get ready to laugh, sing along, and say “Bye Bye” to an unforgettable night at the theater!

Auditions will be held from 6:00-8:00pm at the First Lutheran Church (choose ONE of these days)

• Thursday, August 27

Auditions are open to performers ages 10+
