Warren Players invites you to kick off the holiday season this year at Struthers Library Theatre to experience Dickens’ classic, A Christmas Carol, coming to life on stage through song and dance. This 100-plus person cast and live pit orchestra takes to the stage Friday, November 29th.
This version of A Christmas Carol The Musical is a beautiful stage rendition of Dickens’ timeless classic. The music, written by Alan Menken, tells the story of a man who must learn to set aside his cold-hearted pursuit of wealth in order to regain his humanity, compassion and his connection with his fellow human beings in the world outside his own door.
Director Jennifer Koebley has put together a fantastic cast, complete with a large Children’s Angel chorus. Rehearsals have started, costumes are being prepared, sets, lighting, and special effects are being designed, the pit is practicing, and the production is in full swing!
