Warren Players Holiday Extravaganza
First annual Craft/Vendor Show

Dear Crafters/Vendors,
Plans are underway for the first annual Holiday Extravaganza. Warren Players is happy to be able to be holding this event. We are currently looking for Crafters/Vendors who are interested in participating in this year’s event.
This is all being held inside at the Warren County TAWK busing garage. The spaces are 10×6 and are limited. The spaces are on a first come first serve basis. You will have to provide you own table and chairs. Electric is available. (extra)
Before filling out your applications, please read the rules and regulations carefully on the next page. This is a HUGE venue. But spaces will be filling up quickly. Vendors, we are limiting to one vendor from each company. So apply early.
This year we are asking each Crafter/Vendor to donate a item or basket to be used in our Chinese auction that will benefit Warren Players .There is a space on the sign-up sheet to let us know what your donation will be.
This promises to be a Fantastic Family event. There will be a number of things for children and adults to do. We are planning live entertainment, face painting, Pictures with Holiday characters and much more. There will also be our newest Enchanted Fairytale Troupe characters roaming the event.
