Synopsis
A dark thriller in three acts. One of Christie’s most foreboding tales and a masterpiece of dramatic construction, this classic play’s growing sense of dread and unfaltering tension will keep you guessing to the very end.
Ten strangers are summoned to a remote island. All that the guests have in common is a wicked past they’re unwilling to reveal and a secret that will seal their fate… for each has been marked for murder. As the weather turns and the group is cut off from the mainland, the bloodbath begins; one by one, they are brutally murdered in accordance with the lines of a sinister nursery rhyme about “Ten Little Soldier Boys.”

Warren Players is mourning the loss of our long standing member, Gary Brumagin. Gary was on the board of Warren Players including Past President, Annex Coordinator and current Member At Large. Gary was very knowledgeable about Warren Players as he had played many roles during his years with them. He was also one of the founding members of the Shakespeare Troupe of Warren Players. Gary was a grandfather (on stage), father, brother, uncle, and friend to many of us on and off the stage. Behind the scenes he was a set builder for many of the sets that you have seen on stage. He was a mentor to many of us whether it be for the board, acting, set design or just life advice. He was goofy, quirky and loved to be silly and make people laugh. His smile was infectious. Gary also used to love to adlib lines while on stage, whether he did it on purpose or on accident, only he will know. But he kept us all on our toes. Gary was currently directing Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None. With the Blessing of his wife Dixie and his daughter Nyssa, the show will go because that's what Gary would want. There is a void now in all of our hearts that cannot be filled. Theater creates a family and friends. Today we all lost our "Godfather" as he is now on the greatest stage of all. Gary will welcome a standing ovation with his sheepish grin but will be humble accepting it. Thank you Gary for the memories, the laughter, the tutelage, the tears and the love. He will be missed by all who knew him. |
