Bertie's friend, Crumpet, has assaulted a prince, and, in a jiffy, Bertie is masquerading as a romance Novelist, Crumpet is masquerading as his own long-lost twin, and a foreign count arrives on board, ready to challenge Bertie to a duel over the misunderstood affections of Lady Stella's companion, Miss Pillbeam.
